At Routine Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the vinyl in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
