What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed records within 30 days. If a record is defective or skips, please contact our support team with a video of the issue for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Routine Vinyl ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
